If you cannot login on your mobile app, please try a few troubleshooting steps:
Please make sure you are using your account email. Check this article: How to Log in to your PBLS account
If this doesn't solve the issue:
1) Go to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and make sure you have upgraded to the latest version of the app - once you have upgraded - login again into your account.
2) Reboot your phone (Turn it off and back on again) - then login
3) Make sure you can login through the web portal.
- If you cannot login here, the issue is either with your account or you might be using the wrong password
- Please reset your password and log in again
If you've tried all these steps and still have issues, please open a support ticket.
Please make sure to indicate in the ticket:
1) What type of device you have (Apple or Android)
2) That you already saw this article and which the steps above you tried
3) If you get any error message, please include the exact error message.
