Here are the instructions for the Web:
- Log in to your account
- Click on 'Contacts'
- Select which contact to resend the campaign opt-in email to
- Click the envelope icon found on the Action column
Here are the instructions for the App:
- Log in to your account
- Click on 'Contacts'
- Select which contact to resend the campaign opt-in email to
- Click the 'Resend Opt in' button
- You will the see the confirmation message: 'Email sent to contact'.
Note: You can only use this function once. If you need to resend the opt-in email more than once, you will need to change the campaign to 'None' and Save. To know more about this, please check the steps on this link: How to change campaign assignment?
