You can contact us a few different ways:
1) Chat - You can chat with us by clicking on the chat widget and filling in the info. Currently chat is available via web only:
2) Submit a Ticket from the App
- On Android:
- Log in on the App
- Click More
- Select 'Help & Support'
- Click the plus + sign at the bottom right
- Type your question or concern and click the send icon at the top right.
- On iOS:
- Log in on the App
- Click More
- Select 'Help & Support'
- Click the 'Contact us' at the upper right corner
- Type your question or concern and click the send icon at the top right.
3) Submit a Ticket from the web - go to the Support page and click Submit a request
4) Email - If you would like to email us please do so at support@rapidfunnel.com
