If you want to verify the attribution on your LS app, first, you must uninstall the LegalShield app from your phone. Next, log in to your PBLS app and send yourself the link. Click the link and reinstall the app on your device.
Note: Checking the attribution will not work if the LS app is already installed on your phone, so you will need to uninstall it prior to testing.
Once you open your LS app, there are two ways to verify attribution:
1) Your name SHOULD show at the bottom of the app
2) However, if your profile with corporate doesn't have a cell phone number, it may not show at the bottom, so another way to check is to go to "Join Now". Under the $99 Associate sign up fee area, it should show your name as the Associate name.
If you see your information in either of those places, then attribution is working correctly. If you do not, then we'll need to do a little more digging to find out why. In almost all cases, if you are logged in to your PBLS app, then the LegalShield App is working properly but this process will help you verify attribution.
