How to use the new Teammates feature on the mobile app?

The Teammates feature is now available on your app!

• This is a "buddy system" where you can search for other associates in the company, and request to add them as a teammate for quicker future communications together.
• If the associate accepts your invitation, you'll be able to send them a request for a 3-way call, when you could use their support.
• Notifications for requests, invites and responses are received as push notifications, when you are logged into your mobile app.
• When you tap on a push notification, you'll be taken to the appropriate Teammates screen in your mobile app, where your response can be sent, when needed.

How to invite teammates:

1) Log in on the app
2) At the lower right, select 'More'
3) Select 'Teammates'
4) Click the '+ Add New Teammate' button
5) Type the email of the associate that you'd like to add as a teammate, then click 'Search'

6) If their email is available in the system, the name of the associate will show above the 'Invite' button - click this to send the invite.
7) This associate will then show on your teammates list as 'Pending' in the invite request status.
8) Once the associate accepts your request, you'll see a 'Request 3-way call' option.

How to accept invites:

1) Log in on the app
2) At the lower right, select 'More'
3) Select 'Teammates'
4) Click 'Incoming Invites'
5) The next page will show you the names of associates who have sent you invitations to connect. You can either select:
     a) Yes - if you want to accept their invite
     b) Yes, and add associate to my teammates - if you want to accept the invite and add the person to your teammates. Note: If you select this option, the associate will also be sent an invite from you and will need to accept it before you can request a 3-way call.
    c) No - if you'd prefer to decline the invite
