IMPORTANT NOTE: Canadian users only- please continue to use your current PBLS app (available in the App Store). We are working to resolve the issues experienced during install by associates outside of the U.S.

To install the PBLS app on an Apple device, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to http://app.prospectbylegalshield.com on your Safari browser on your Apple device.
2. Enter your name and email and click “Request Code.”
3. Click “Go There Now” and click to open the ITunes Store.
(You may be required to enter your Apple password or authenticate.)
4. Click to Open the ITunes Store.
5. The app will automatically install once you are in the ITunes Store.
6. Allow download to complete (may take a few minutes), and then click “Open.”
7. Log into your PBLS app normally.
8. Once installed, please uninstall your old PBLS app but pressing on the app until the “x” appears. Click the “x.”

If nothing happens after clicking on “Go There Now” please ensure that you have the ITunes Store installed. If you do not, go to the App Store and install ITunes Store. Then go back through the app install process.
If nothing happens after clicking on “Go There Now” please try using the Safari browser if you are using a different browser.
If you see the error “Cannot Connect to ITunes Store,” please follow the steps below:
1. Go to “Settings” and click on “Cellular.”
2. Scroll down to ITunes in the list of Apps.
3. Turn Cellular on for ITunes Store.
4. Go back to your browser and if you are still on this page, please click on “Go There Now” and then Open. If this page is not open, please follow the full app install steps detailed above.
