Our team is currently aware of the ongoing login and latency/data sync issues regarding the Prospect by LegalShield (PBLS) App.
The issue lies with one of our vendors that has told us they are working on a resolution. We hope to have service returned soon.
Please know that we understand how important it is for our users to have access to our app and we're doing all that we can to support and encourage a speedy resolution.
